I'm 5'4", thin woman. The small size adult collar I got fit but I was barely able to secure it with the velcro to get it to. This child's size is perfect, as far as the velcro placement goes and is a far better collar for me. It sits better on my neck where it meets my jawline. That's the best part-it's a bit narrower than an adult's and fits perfectly below my jaw/my jaw rests on it and this keeps my head more stable. It is quite firm but not stiff which I really like. Very well made. I recommend for either a youth or small adult as it's a quality product.

This was purchased as a gift and she loved it. Supported her neck and not uncomfortable. Kept her next stable and didn't cause any skin irritation.

I am a small person and this fit perfectly. Helped with my disc problems. I could wear it for hours and not be uncomfortable.

This neck brace is good for a child or toddler, but it was a little small for my 13-year-old. A full-size neck brace was too large so I guess she’s just in this awkward place where nothing will fit. But if you have a small child, I would say this is great.

Just what my tiny little Auntie needed for her neck issues. Perfect size for an elderly woman. Very soft & comfortable.

Soft yet firm -- offers good support without the rigidity of collars with stays or a hard frame..
