I was looking for a High Strength Creatine Product and came across this one. I had used a Kre-Alkalyn Creatine before and was impressed with it, and this one didn't let me down. It's a Good Product and you can feel it working after you take it. I'm glad I purchased this and will purchase it again when needed.

In all fairness I should have read the description better before purchasing and opening the product but looking at the nutrition label. I was shocked to see that 1 servings 4 pills contains 180 mg of caffeine. Compared to 2 grams of Creatine. I can not say too much on the effect of the product because I’m not trying to add an additional energy drinks worth of caffeine to my diet. But after taking 1 serving the caffeine is definitely felt. This could be a great substitute for preworkout but I think the creatine to caffeine ratio is just too high for me to consider taking this product regularly.

Gives alittle energy but doesn't make you feel jittery

I've taken the regular EFX Kre-Alkalyn Creatine pills and have done well with those, so I decided to try the new caffeine infused creatine pills. The pills definitely give you an extra boost of energy during your workout, however, it comes at a price. My body did not do well with it. I took the recommended dosage and after my workouts on multiple occasions the pills severely hurt my stomach, made me throw up multiple times, and gave me a huge headache to the point that I could not sleep. I reduced the dosage, but that didn't work either. I would be careful with this new creatine pill.
