These omega 3 capsules are overall good but dont be surprised to see that each one is huge in size. Although they are large, they are not too bad to swallow with a glass of water. I have been taking them for over a week and unless I do a scientific test I cant say for sure on their effect although I do feel more ready to take on the day and even if its in my head thats a decent effect. My only concern with these is that when they arrived there was no seal on the bottle, I would prefer to see a standard tamper seal on the bottle itself and it would make me more confident in them. Overall they seem ok and do have somne effect on me.

There was no noticeable fishy smell on opening which was nice as often it can overpower the senses. They are big capsules, but relatively easy to swallow with a big glass of water. These are made in India, and have a 24 month self life from date of manufacture. Hubs takes one of these a day and it does ease the joint stiffness most days.

Easy to swallow and taste is ok, I’m having it just about a week and too early to tell, comes 60 capsules in the bottle and expiry date lasts long, well packaged.

Having just paid £12 for 300 x 1000mg Omega 3 capsules with DHA and EPA, these are really expensive by comparison, and virtually identical in all respects. Omega 3 is a really important supplement to your diet, especially if you have a condition like arthritis, as it often helps reduce inflammation. It is also important for eye and brain health, can help with anxiety, depression, and help prevent heart disease by lowering cholesterol. It is a supplement that I particularly recommend for kids as it helps with their development, but is equally important for adults as well. These soft gel capsules are very easy to swallow, and tasteless, so a good alternative if you don't like eating Omega 3 rich fish. As previously stated these are expensive, but I tend to shop for ages until I find a bargain, and you may not want that hassle. If you don't mind paying extra they are still worth buying, and a relatively small price to pay for the benefits they may bring now, and in the future. However, I suspect in the current financial climate, people will be economising, and looking around for the keenest prices.

These are good quality omegs 3 fish capsules. Arrived in an easy to open bottle. The capsules have no odour and are clear. They are very easy to swallow with an as expected size and have no after taste. No issues to report at all. Very pleased to recommend.

3 of us in our house take these daily, great compliment to many other supplements - easy enough to swallow, doesn’t matter what brand you go for these always tend to the the same shape and size - would recommend

These seem pretty decent vitamins. I find they are an ok size for this type of vitamin and easy to swallow. 10/10

I had been meaning to buy fish oil capsules and finally got my hands on these Ambrosial ones. I was surprised to see such a good packaging that has 60 capsules. I take one capsule daily for my overall health although different doess are recommende for different purposes mentioned on the bottle. The capsules hold goot nutrient value. They are odorless and do not leave a fishy aftertaste. Very happy with the product . Totally recommended..........
