I've been using this every day for 2 months since i had stitches out from a hand surgery. I don't know if its healed well naturally or because of this product but either way i think it's great. Keeps the scar well moisturised, better than an E45 cream. Great for using for scar massage too, as its no friction.

My son had 3 old raised scars on his upper chest area after some research and reading about silicon scar gel, my son decid ed to try it. He has been using it for aboutu a 2 months now he has noticed an improvement in the size of the old scar. He is continuing to use this product which has easy instructions and is happy with the results. This product has no sticky residue and easy to apply. The size of the bottle is value for money.

I had a breast lift and augmentation and started using the gel as soon as I was allowed. The scars have gone from really dark red and barely visible in a month or so. I am still using it and seeing a difference every day. It goes a long way and only need to apply a small amount. Perfect product. Much better than other gels that I have tried

I bought this cream to use on a tiny spot next to my eye where I had a cyst removed. The good thing was that it left skin feeling moisturised and soothed and obviously gentle enough to use in a very sensitive area. However, using a tiny drop morning and night, I didnt even make it through the month....If you had a large scar you would soon whip through it. I cant say if it was wholly effective as my eye was very neat in any case I used it more for moisture and to support healing.

I have a big v shaped scar on my nose where my glasses broke and ripped my skin open during a bike crash in late Oct 2022. I bought this in Nov 22 after my sister, who’s a nurse, recommended it. I was a little skeptical at the beginning, especially as the scar got redder and more swollen and lumpy once the medical glue came off.. But after a few weeks of massaging the scar and applying the gel it has really started to flatten out and return to normal skin colour. It’s increasingly less noticeable. So I’m buying another bottle to see how close to normal I can get my skin. Deffo worth a buy. But remember you need to massage the scar to break up the excess collagen of the scar tissue too.

Was so nervous about ordering this ! Did lots of research into product as didn’t want to undo my operation and disrupt the scar as only 2 weeks post op . But it’s already showing results…I purchased on Saturday arrived on Sunday and can see after a few days use it has calmed my scar and feels flattened already.. only need a little drop at a time but goes a long way .. it feels soft and stops me feeling anxious re results. Bought for C-section scar for my wife. She says its really good so far, hydrates her scar and makes it feel less sore and tight. Would definitely keep buying and would recommend.

True to previous reviews. None greasy and diminished the colour in a few weeks. I am still in the process of using but so far early results are pleasing.

I've used this scar cream for about 2 months. I used it on new surgical scars and old acne scars. For acne scars, it has lightened and flattened the scars noticeably. For surgical scars, it has helped greatly in flattening the scar and evening out the color. You have to use this consistently to see results. So far I've had great results!
