Items were old stock
Second time Ive bought Rimmel eyeliner from this merchant. First time the pencils were moist and easy to apply. This last purchase was not to my satisfaction as the pencils were dried out and had a foul scent,indicating to me the pencils were old stock. All in all Rimmel exaggerate eyeliner pencils are the best in my opinion ,Ive tried many,sadly these ones were not of the exceptional quality Ive come to know. The ratings are based on the eyeliner as a whole not for the ones received this time.

Weird smell, and caused irritation to the eyes
Really disappointed.. the one i opened (I ordered 5 that can’t be returned) had an oder of being old, and made my eyes instantly tear and burn! Will never Order this product from this seller again..
