I used these while running a half marathon Spartan race in Utah that climbed over 4,000 ft elevation. The hotshots did significantly help with the muscle cramps in my quads as I climbed. However, it did make my urine fairly discolored later which was a little disconcerting

Works as advertised. Flavor is either, I love it or "Oh, No". Either way, it does work.

Hotshot tasted disgusting to me. It uses a no calorie sweetener and if you have the same problem I have, then these sugar substitutes have a taste that lingers for an hour and tastes like stomach bile. As with all other no calpries sweetners they taste way too sweet initially. I only took one sip, about a quarter of a bottle, and simply could not stomach the rest. The product for me was not spicy at all. Full disclosure though, I like spicy food and willingly eat ghost pepper stuff for the moderate burn. I recommend inding an individual bottle to try before getting the multi pack. I will hopefully give the remainder away instead of discarding it. If Hotshots offers a non sweet or less sweet real sugar version I'd be willing to give them a try again. For now, it's just too nasty.

It's works great but it's pretty expensive! I guess you get what you pay for?

These really work for legs cramps! Unbelievable immediate relief!

I sweat lot playing golf in a hot and humid climate and sometimes at night I'll get cramps in my legs. This product has provided quick relief in knocking down the cramps.

Beware of the taste, lol. I was going through a period of muscle cramps and used them once. Bitter taste. Not sure if it did the job or if I ran to the sink, stretching my calf to spit it out.
