Delicious and easy
Does Tom Yum paste is so good! I had on hand lime leaf and galangal root and I really didn’t even need it. I would recommend this as an easy way to make Tom Yum or Tom good Kha soup!

Delicious and spicy
A wonderful addition to ramen, soup broths and stir fry. Delicious and spicy. A little goes a long way.

Clean Ingredients but Milder Flavor — Still a Good Tom Yum Paste
This Tom Yum paste has a very clean, natural ingredient list, so you don’t need to worry about any questionable additives — that’s a big plus. I usually cook Tom Yum using a regular paste with a not-so-great ingredient list, and the flavor is much stronger in that one. With this organic paste, the taste is milder and not as intense. It’s also quite spicy. But that’s not necessarily a downside — it really depends on what you’re looking for. If you want that deep, classic restaurant-style Tom Yum flavor, you might prefer the regular paste. But if you care about quality, natural ingredients, and still want a tasty soup, this one is a very good option. I’m still deciding which one I prefer — honestly, I might just mix the two to get the best of both worlds.

My favorite Thai curry paste
This Thai curry paste is not too spicy and has a rich, deep flavor. Sautéing finely chopped ginger, garlic, ground pork, green beans, carrots, and paprika, then mixing them with this paste and a little soy sauce, makes a delicious rice bowl dish.

Good product
Great spice blend, very concentrate so be aware that it’s spicy but not hot

There Are Better Tom Yum Pastes
Just my opinion but I have had better Tom Yum pastes. Others like it. It is inexpensive enough that you should just try it. Some thought it was overpriced for the volume you get but it's a decent size to try. I found it to be not that spicy. I thought the flavor was a bit bland.

Love it! Works great in stir-fries and soups. None of that icky aftertaste you get from dubious additives. Spice level is very friendly.

I usually use this paste to season meats. But decided to try a recipe idea I saw on their IG account and it turned out great! (They post lots of recipes for creative ways to use their products.) This one was a non-spicy vegetable curry using whatever I could find in my fridge. Too easy.
