I hate liver. I always have it, but I need the iron, so this is perfect. I drink a cup 2 to 3 times per week. Mix 1 tablespoon of the freeze-dried liver, one tablespoon of chicken bone broth powder, with turmeric and black pepper. Best dang liver powder mix you can have.

I'm unable to eat liver twice a week (like I'm suppose to keep my blood levels right) and iron supplements clog up my system. My doctor recommended this to build up my blood levels. I put it on my eggs, rice, grits, whatever I'm able to mix it into. It taste fine to me (but I like liver). This taste just like liver. Great product if you're anemic like me to get your blood levels right.

I’m not into eating liver so this powder is perfect. I mix it into my smoothies and don’t taste it at all.
