I watched some videos on YouTube that talked about improving your sleep by taking 3g of glycine before you go to bed. Didn't want to take the capsules form, so decided to get the powder. I've tried many things to improve my sleep, from magnesium, CBD to melatonin with limited success. However, taking this stuff had a positive noticeable effect on how deep my sleep was and somewhat reduced the number of trips to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Also, when I did have to go to the bathroom, it was relatively easy to fall back asleep. It hasn't 100% improved my sleep, but I am sleeping better. Comes with a tiny scoop, so the serving size is Itty bitty. It will last a long time! Has a nice, sweet taste. Grainger than fine sugar, but does well in Coffee (which I didn't realize when I ordered it). Very happy with this product and it's price point.

I have tried so many things to help me sleep and this is the best product I have tried. I was skeptical when my doctor recommended it but just mix it with some water and you will be asleep in no time! I consistently sleep 7-8 hours when I take it. And a bag will last you a year or longer. Highly recommend

I purchased this in hope that it would help me sleep. I haven't noticed any difference in sleep, but I haven't experienced any unpleasant side effects either. It's good as a sweetener, depending on how it's used. In hot cocoa, it's very sweet but there's an aftertaste that my daughter described as "cardboard". It works great, however, in bran and flax seed spice muffins. I will continue to buy it for baking and, perhaps, eat a muffin at bedtime :)

I take 5g in the morning with my creatine and take 5g at night before bed. My dreams are vivid and interesting to say the least. Jung and Freud would have a field day. In my early 50s, don't have many wrinkles and will report back if I think it's help with my skin. So far it seems to have made some improvements but hard to tell without controlled lighting and the same photographic set up.
