Provat ett flertal gången och tycker jag märker skillnad. har haft ont i nacken en hel del det senaste och denna har hjälpt. tror även den har gjort min "bula" mindre. Den är obehaglig i början men man vänjer sig. jag blev nästan illamående de första gångerna när man reste sig efter användning men det sker inte längre.

Seriously effective. Very relaxing when used properly. I feel more blood flow and less tension in my neck.

I bought this to give me relief from a troublesome neck. It is very well made and fits the back of my neck nicely. I use it in conjunction with treatment I am receiving from my chiropractor using a decompression table. They both work using the same principle. It won't cure the problem but it sure helps. Recommended

Purchased 3 years ago and thought it useless. BUT, recently pulled it out after experiencing a pinched nerve in my neck with arm tingling for several weeks. After using it in the gentle traction setting, the pain relief started. Used it 7 minutes a day for 2 weeks and the arm tingling dissipated with definite neck strain relief!

It didn’t work for me sadly
