Worthwhile upgrade
I already own another Cincom leg compressor (below-the-knee style without heating), and I have been extremely happy with both the product and the customer service. My old unit is still going strong, but upgrading to this unit was an easy decision (especially with 20% off!). Having the additional zone of compression is extremely helpful in relieving my symptoms. I like the intensity of compression and the heat is soothing, but be forewarned that you may need to turn it off after a while-- it has enough power to get too hot for my liking. The unit is quieter than I expected it would be for as much compression it delivers. This unit came with a storage bag (which my existing unit doesn't have) which is a nice addition. Everything fits in there, but if the bag were a little larger it would be easier to pack up. As it is, you have to be a little careful how you fold things. The leg sleeves have tubes and flaps and can get a little tangled.Even so, for my edema relief, this is definitely the product for me. Also, I know firsthand that this company stands behind their products (I had a pump failure and they promptly took care of me very fairly).

valuable and easy pack
I recently purchased it from Amazon and I have to say, I am extremely impressed with its effectiveness and convenience. As someone who enjoys regular massages, I was initially skeptical of how well a machine could replicate the experience of a human massage. However, I have found that this device is a fantastic alternative, and one that is significantly cheaper than going to a massage therapist. One of the biggest pros of this device is the cost savings. I used to pay $50 or more for an hour-long massage from a human masseuse, but this machine is priced at under $100. This means that after just a few uses, it has more than paid for itself. Not only that, but I can use it as often as I like, without worrying about the cost adding up over time.Another pro of this electronic massager device is how easy it is to use and package. It is incredibly straightforward to operate, with simple buttons to adjust the settings and intensity of the massage. It also comes with different attachments for massaging different parts of the body, including the foot, calf, and thigh. This versatility means that I can target different areas depending on my needs and preferences.Additionally, the packaging of this device is compact and easy to store, so I don't have to worry about it taking up too much space in my home. This makes it a great option for people who don't have a lot of storage space or who want to take the device with them on the go.

6' 4" Hubby loves them
Got these due to me having hip replacement and thought for circulation it would help. I'm 5'3" and they are a little cumbersome and long to put on when unable to stand up. My cousin who is 5' was unable to use the thigh part correctly due to the length of them and her short legs.I would love to be able to use only one side if needed rather than having to put both on. I also thought it would be awesome to be able to just use the foot part then if needed be able to connect the calf part then the thigh part if wanted. Components make sense to short people. Other than my whining they are a good product for the money.

A great option for the disabled
I have a rare genetic disorder that causes severe joint damage and as a result I have been a wheelchair user for many years. My legs ache when I spend a lot of time in my chair so I thought this might help. It works better than I had hoped. They fit like boots and there's also a section that goes up to my thighs so it covers the whole leg. The lower legs are generously sized and the thighs are adjustable. It can work with a variety of sizes and still be comfortable. The remote is easy to use and pretty self explanatory. The compression massage is great, but my favorite part is the heat function. It feels so good on my aching legs and it has helped with my leg cramps as well.

Didn't get a chance to use before return deadline past.
My husband has some medical issues and sometimes when they flair up his legs give him a lot of pain. I bought these to see if they would help. He did not have a leg issue until the day after the return date past. When he did have the issue they did not seem to help but to be honest I can not give a good review pro or con since on the one instance that he did use them in the end he ended up in the hospital and have not had a problem since. That was in June.

Gifted to mother
I purchased this for my mother for Christmas. She loves it her and my dad actually argue over who is going to get to use it.

They did nothing
I bought these for my mom. I got them on her and spent two hours trying to get them to work. No pressure. No heat. I returned and bought a much cheaper massage gun that is 1000x easier to use and light enough for my elderly mother.

DISAPPOINTED
Great product, used it every day and raved about them. Unfortunatley it stopped working. I notified the manufacture, they responded the next day requesting a video. I sent them the video twice and no response.I relied on this product due to chronic leg cramps and leg apnea. Bonus, it reduce healing time after Ruck and Run events. I just need them to respond and let me know what is the next step to assist me. I need my machine to work. For those who have severe leg cramps....you feel my pain.
