Im redoing picket fence and would want to know if this is good for taking white paint off the fence. The rigid scraper can handle the project?

Yes you could remove the paint from your picket fence with this tool, you could also cut your lawn with scissors. If you start both project at the same time your lawn time your lawn would be done first.

Can you sand furniture with this tool or is it more of a cutting tool?

Can you cut glass tile with the attachements that come with this tool, or do you have to buy them seperately?

I have nearly the full inventory of porter cable 20V cordless tools and i'm very satisfied with all of them. That said, however, this is the least useful and i would NOT cut tile, let alone glass tile with it. You'd be better off with an angle grinder (though i haven't tried that) and best off with a tile saw. I'm cutting ceramic title currently and using a QEP tile saw that i bought for $50.
