This is amazing. Be aware, the sticky side works very well, and very hard to remove it from your fingers. Be very careful when wrapping this around your exposed pipes. It covers well and it's a lot thicker than the picture shows.

Insulated irrigation backflow valve. Did the job but left a lot of sticky insulation on the valve.

I bought this just weeks before we had freezing temperatures completely out of the norm for our neck of the woods, and I wrapped an outdoor pipe that once had insulation on it, and had since deteriorated to unattached pieces of insulation. I’m new to this sort of work, unsure how pipes are supposed to be protected etc. I read the description on Amazon, ordered this product, and got my outside exposed pipe all wrapped up and safe before the freezing temps and snow and ice hit. Have to admit I was proud of my work but really, it’s this product. Grateful.

Works well on pioes

Great product works just like it says, however, it could have better adhesive as the edges started to lift the very same day.

I had a new backflow installed on my 20-year old sprinkler system along with a new valve box. I live in Florida, but we do have a few days that get below freezing, so it needed to be insulated. This was perfect for the job. Thick enough to keep it from freezing but not so thick it couldn't be easily wrapped.
