Very convenient for charging anywhere

I didn't use it too many times. But so far I'm not disappointed.Good charging, useful display with the percentage of power available and the charging status.A little bit too heavy and too big (not the pocket size). But good for longer camping.

I loved this power bank for the first few days, until it went down to 60% and then just completely drained flat within a couple of minutes, it then refused to charge until an hour or so later when it finally went above 1% and did finally reach 100% but I was already very dissatisfied. I didn't even do more than 1 full charge of my phone. Returned.

The charger works ok, just. It's a bit slow, but the main issue is that the percentage counter doesn't go down when using wireless charging. It will just stop when it's flat, no matter what the counter said. Pointless.

Battery pack is showing error code 18& and not working anymore. Not even 6 months old.

After over 2 years of constant use the imuto wireless charger is as good as new. Super fast wireless charging with my S10. Doubles as my charger dock when I travel, you can charge battery and phone at the same time.

I have an older iPhone 7 Plus so unfortunately I am having to charge my phone frequently. I carry extra battery packs, but they don’t really charge my phone all the way. I decided to try this out and see. I have to say that it did NOT disappoint me!I charged the battery pack once and it literally was able to charge my phone at least 6-7 times without me having to charge the battery pack. It’s nice that now I only need to carry this battery pack versus 3 small ones that don’t charge my phone all the way.The only really major downside for some people I can see is that it is bulky and a little heavy, but that doesn’t really bother me. For the price I paid, it was definitely worth it.

Update to original review: Imuto support have contacted me and acknowledged it sounds like my device has an issue. I've got a new unit in my hands and will update the review with 5 stars if all goes well. All in all, their customer service has been great. I will update the review with how the newer unit goes.Original review: Worked perfectly for a couple months. Then wouldn't charge from a power point anymore. Tried multiple power points, chargers, cables etc. It charged via the PC though so no big deal, then a month down the track it stopped working with the PC. For the past 2 months I've been using other battery packs to charge this unit. One by one they stopped (total 3) charging this battery pack.Am no longer able to charge this battery pack

Pros:+ Fast wireless charging+ Dual USB ports to charge multiple devices+ Comes with a protective bag and a short micro-USB charging cableCons- Top (and bottom) surface is slippery, not rubbery; so your device may slide off unless you have a grippy case- Top and bottom surfaces easily scratch/scuff (Just moving it a little on a table put scuff marks on it that do not rub off.)- Does not include the LED flashlight like the "iMuto 20000mAh Portable Charger Compact Power Bank"- It is large and heavy, and feels off balance--the bottom end is heavier than the top end with the connectors
