I wanted to give something more natural a try before going to see my GP. I read a lot of reviews on different websites about these tablets. Some people found that the tablets didn’t do anything for them but this seemed to be a small amount and most reviews weee good. Amazon had an offer on these around that time so I decided to buy one bottle and see how I went on. The tablets are fairly large as others say but as long as I take them with a drink I’ve not had trouble swallowing them. The after taste can sometimes be a little like eating plants but that only happens when I don’t swallow straight away. It took about 3 weeks for me to feel a difference. I feel more hormonally balanced now about three months along. Less anxious and unless I over do things my energy levels have slightly increased as I was feeling really tired all the time before taking them. I’ve also noticed a difference in my libido which has increased and dryness has significantly lessened and improved pleasure. I’m really happy that I have these a try and have since bought more on different deals as these tablets are available from a number of retailers. I would suggest anyone thinking of trying them to consider all options and give it at least two months to see how they feel on them. I haven’t had any side effects.

Did nothing at all, waste of money

I’ve been suffering for years with excruciating period pain and these tablets have helped me so much. Haven’t noticed any difference in libido however

I was very sceptical when I purchased this as there are so many other products that promise to make a difference and don’t. However having gone through the menopause and suffered for years with discomfort this for me has changed my life.
