I absolutely LOVE My Matchabar Whisk! It works like a charm, and is incredibly more powerful than many other whisks on the market today (I primarily use mine for making ceremonial cacao) One day, due to a random unforeseen malfunction, my whisk stopped working. I was bummed (because I love it so much), so I reached out to their customer service; and instantly they answered my questions in a friendly manner, and sent me a brand new whisk! Highly recommend everything about this company. Woo hoo!

I really liked this handheld frother, it was powerful with 2 speed and easy to charge. Sadly, after 5 months of use it completely stopped working. It took me a minute to find the direct contact to the seller. Amazon makes it nearly impossible to find the direct contact when you have issues and need to reach out to the seller. After digging through the site multiple times, I was finally able to reach out to them directly. After explaining my situation, they are going to replace my hand frother. The customer service rep was nice and understanding of my situation.

Started using this product a week ago. Fully charged, as soon as the mixer hits liquid, it turns off. When you take it out, it works fine on both speeds. But the second it hits a liquid, (which it is designed to do), it stops. I thought it may be a liquid temperature or thickness issue, but I tested with cold and room temp plain water, same issue. I contacted MatchaBar and they said because it was purchased on Amazon, they could not help. This product literally cannot do the one thing it is designed to do so it’s a ZERO for me.

This will be the only frother I will buy for the rest of my life! It has amazing power, 2 speed settings, a double whisk, and a case to protect the whisk!!! Thos are so many features that by far shouldve made this frother so much more expensive. I use this everyday for 2 things; to make cold foam for my coffee and I love making shaken espressos at home but the noise of shaking the coffee and ice wake up my small children which is absolutely unforgivable so I use this frother instead and its amazing. If all the things previously mentioned werent enough let this next part convince you; my frother wasnt working properly a few morning ago, it was a little less powerful than usual and so I send a message to the seller and they sent me a new one no questions asked!!!! OMG i had never had such a pleasant experience like that, i was shocked they have raised the bar for me for what I should expect customer service to be. I received my new one superfast only took 2 days I was amazed !!! The only frother I will ever continue to buy !!!!!

I bought this in May 2023 and it's July 2024. I went on a trip for 6 days and when I came back, it wouldn't turn on. It could possibly be because I've used it every day and suddenly stopped. Either way, I'm disappointed in the longevity of this product. For the price I expected more, but nothing is made to last any more. That being said, I love the design and rechargeable aspect. The cap is awesome for storage and clean up is super easy. This little machine packs a punch as long as you have enough liquid. I've never had issues with lumps or performance in general. I will purchase this product again to see if it was just a fluke.

When it was functioning the best little mixer ever. Downside is that it failed in just over a year. If the mixer had lasted longer this would have been a five-star review.

Works well. Love it for matcha and a variety of mixed drinks. Their customer service is excellent. Our whisk head broke and they sent a replacement immediately. Very responsive. Only minor annoyance is that it uses micro-USB for charging. Battery lasts a good while, so not a huge deal.

It is a very powerful frother but it has a significant design flaw. The switch cycles between low, high and off. The high setting is so powerful that it pushes the milk high up the sides of the container. As a result you must use it in a tall container or it will push the milk over the edge and make a mess. So you can’t use it in a full glass or mug. You have to do your frothing in a large container and then pour it into your mug. If they had put in a variable speed switch so you can control the speed by varying the pressure on the switch, like some other frothers, I would give it five stats without hesitationj.
