Will they work with the drive medical steel lightweight transport wheelchair 19''?

These did work on two newer (purchased last 5 years) wheel chairs one transport chair bought at Sams club and one regular wheel chair 19 “ but do not fit on older wheel chairs from20 years ago attatchment is not the same size.

will they work if pin spacing is 3 inches??
