As a pain reliever, the patches were great but
The last patch I used, was so stuck onto my back skin, I couldnt get it off. I pulled it off slowly and it took a while, my skin hurt so bad. When I finally got it off, I saw it took some of my skin with it. Never again. So, I switched to the cream which works well in minutes for back spasms. I only wish I could put it put it on larger areas.
