I'm very pleased with this purchase. I was able to assemble by myself, but it was a bit difficult at times. I've had for two years. My child just turned three when I first purchased it. The fabric is easy to vacuum and cleans well with fabric cleaners. The color has not been affected by any cleaning solutions. The cushions have not softened or deformed, even with some jumping. It is the living room couch and well used by three of us. It still feels sturdy. We've had to remove and wash the cushion covers a couple times, and I'm surprised to say that the covers did not deform and are still smooth. The grey is just like the first picture shown for the item. Due to different lighting, pictures in the reviews led me to believe it was a little darker.

Beautiful sofa ! I do tons of research before I buy and this sofa was amazing for the price ! It says you need 2 ppl to put it together and it would probably help but I was able to do it by myself, and it took me exactly 1 hour to do. Very sturdy, beautiful color, comfy & great price! The seller is super nice also, my shipment was out within 1-2 days of me placing my order & seller kept up with me from the moment they shipped until I got delivered! I’m def happy with my purchase & I would shop again 🥰

I should have sent them back!! 4 months in and one of them makes noise when you sit on it and one of the cushion zippers came apart. These are rarely sat on so this isn’t even normal wear!! These are a terrible representation of Amazon products.

This sofa is beautiful. Feels solid and the fabric is soft and velvety. I was even able to put it together by myself although getting the arms on was a bit of a challenge. However, be aware that the cushions are VERY firm. If that’s what you prefer then you’ll love it. Unfortunately they are way too firm for me and I can only sit on it for a few minutes before my lower back starts hurting. I’ve definitely learned my lesson and won’t buy a couch online again. Luckily it didn’t cost a fortune since I’ll have to replace it sooner than I’d like.

The back is a bit low, but not annoyingly low. It's also a bit deep for smaller people, so we're adding pillows. But it's gorgeous. It came a couple of days early. It's very classy and elegant. Since we just got it today, I don't yet know how it will hold up. But we had about 525 pounds sitting on it at once, and it didn't break!

Horrible product, looks super cheap and customer service is basically non existent. I would not recommend their products.

This is a great couch for a great price. Looks expensive and everyone comments on it abd how much they love the look. It's not super comfy but I have it in my office, I'm not curling up on it in front of the TV so I perfect for me.
