I have a regular size 5" roller with Naga cover as shown (there are others available on Lanna Roller's website). I love it. Use it mainly to roll my back and legs and anywhere else that might have a niggle at the time, and get a decent amount of pressure on my muscles with this roller size. Think if I'd gone for one of the plastic rollers it would have got put away and forgotten about, but my Lanna Roller stays in the living room and I pick it up and use it throughout the day or when I'm watching TV. It looks nice stood on the coffee table so that's where it lives. I would advise almost anyone to get into body rolling. And if you do it's well worth investing in a good roller. So look no further than the Lanna Roller; the highest quality and most aesthetically pleasing foam roller on the market by far!

hands down the physically and visually best roller I have found so far.. I have the 5'' and 3'' diameter and use them both daily ..I feel odd if I don't, as my spine is so much more subtle and my muscles and ligaments less tight.. it's like self-massage.. and hey, who doesn't like that! smile emoticon the core is firm, but the top has the right softness or resistance, so you can adjust the pressure perfectly and they are even a nice decoration ..if you think the price is too high, I would say it's much a better investment than buying yet another decorative pillow or vase and such (or an ugly rubber/foam roller that you have to hide away each time wink emoticon this roller is a precious piece of handcraft (besides functional), not just another machine mass product..

You will not regret going with a Lanna Roller, in fact it will be impossible to go back to styrofoam roller after you've rolled on one of these.

The Lanna Roller is so beautiful and always a conversation piece in the living room. But forget about that - it feels really good and because it is right there, you always use it. I highly recommend as a gift to yourself or for any age group!
