This is a great product. Firms up skin quickly. Immediate results. No burn like other customers said. Seems like a small size, but I’ve had it well over a month and barely made a dent. Do not need much for application pea size or two takes care of the whole face.

Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair Regenerating Cream with Retinol I began in February 2021. It’s Sept. 2021 & it shows its full affect on my face. I wish I did a before picture but I never truly feel a facial product will work as great as this cream did on my face. The wrinkles in particular my forehead have literally diminished. They were very noticeable. As you see in my picture I can barely notice anything there. Aside from the deep “11’s” which began to form in my 30’s this cream has worked wonders on my forehead. I also had noticeable wrinkles setting in around the corners of my eyes & at the edges of my mouth. With consistent nightly use this rapid repair has changed the appearance of my skin. I use this in conjunction with Netrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair Prep Cleanser which I feel was a vital component to prepping my skin for this cream. I always use Cerave Miceller Water first to cleanse my face of any makeup as well as the dirt, oil & grim of the day. This jar easily lasts me 2 months as does the cleanser which worth the price I pay. I use it alone in my nightly regime. I small dab goes a long way to cover my entire face & neck. My face feels very moisturized after using & I go to bed feeling refreshed. There is a small, not over powering scent to it. This is a staple in my nightly skin regime & I’ll continue to use it as I feel the benefits are worth it. It does have retinol in it so if your face is new to this ingredient I’d apply slowly to your face. I’ve used retinol for a long time for acne I once had & to control my oily skin so I had no adverse reactions. Their claim of noticeable wrinkle reduction in 10 days I feel really isn’t the case. It takes time, dedication & patience to achieve what you see on my face. Amazon’s price is unbeatable & with taking advantage of the subscribe & save program you save a little more & order at your convenience. I’m sold on this jar of wrinkle cream & I highly recommend it. I bought this product for it’s retinol content to help control my acne, in addition to it’s “anti-aging” properties. Along with the rest of my regimen (applying this product after washing with 10% benzoyl peroxide 2x daily, followed by zinc-oxide 46SPF sunscreen in the morning), using this product has helped dramatically improve my skin. I (a 26y/o male) went from having oily skin, numerous blackheads and comedones popping up almost daily (worsening since I’m growing out my hair), to nearly zero acne with less-oily skin in about a week. I’m also noticing a mild reduction in the size/depth of smaller ice pick scars left by previous acne/blackheads. I find this product much less irritating than prescription-strength retinoids, which typically would make me very susceptible to sunburn, even with sunscreen. At worst, this product makes my skin tingle and warm a bit. It’s critical you follow up this product with a cosmetic-grade sunscreen meant for use on faces before you start your day, because (like any retinoid) this product will increase your susceptibility to sunburns. I believe that a lot of negative experiences I’ve read in reviews for this product could have been avoided with sunscreen. It’s also natural that if you’ve never used retinoids before, you might experience worse irritation in the first few weeks, and then your skin adapts to the product. Beyond its clinical value, I think the cream provides a great experience as a facial product: it comes in a nice glass jar, has a pleasant and mild aroma, and it applies easily and evenly to your skin—initially leaving a glossy sheen that quickly dries to your natural skin tone after a couple minutes.

Let's face it, we all want to look younger for as long as we can. Do these products really work or are we spending a lot of money for little results? I am 75 years old and bought this cream because I started using Neutrogena facial cleanser from the time I was 12 years old. Back then, my Mom told me to never use soap on my face, so I never did. I like this cream simply because it moisturizes, absorbs quickly into my skin, and doesn't have a strong odor. I have tried creams that are so thick, they just sit on your face without being absorbed. This cream doesn't do that, and it does seem to moisturize my face. Other than that, I really don't expect any great rejuvenation of my skin. This cream does include retinol which can cause redness until your skin gets used to it, but I haven't had a problem with this. Retinol may help for as long as it is used, but the effects are not lasting. The hyaluronic acid may help with hydration, and can also help if retinol causes reddening of the skin. So, really, what does all of this mean and will this cream help you? Will it reduce or prevent wrinkles? If you have dry skin, this cream will likely help to prevent wrinkles, and many help to reduce the wrinkles you have that have been caused by dry skin. Will this cream magically make all your wrinkles disappear? Probably not. There is too much dependent on heredity, environment, lifestyle, and diet for any cream to overcome. No cream will compensate for heredity and what we do to our bodies, and no cream will undo damage done. I have included a picture of myself at 75 years of age and also on of my Mom when she was 99 years old. Yes, Mom had some wrinkles, but not so bad at her age and the only cream I used on her face was a moisturizer. What I am saying here is that the state of your skin condition is determined by multiple factors including hereditary tendencies, diet, and lifestyle. No cream can compensate for these factors. Esta crema de Neutrogena con retinol funciona muy bien si se usa correctamente. El retinol es un ingrediente potente para combatir arrugas, manchas y piel apagada, pero puede provocar irritación si se aplica sin cuidado. Consejos de uso: Úsala solo por la noche, con la piel limpia y seca. Comienza con días alternos para que la piel se acostumbre. Evita el contorno de ojos y combínala con una buena hidratante si tienes piel sensible. Durante el día es obligatorio usar protector solar, o puedes sufrir rojeces o manchas. Resultados: En mi caso, a las 2 semanas noté la piel más suave, luminosa y con menos textura irregular. Las líneas finas se ven algo más difuminadas. No hace milagros en pocos días, pero sí mejora la piel visiblemente con constancia. Textura y aroma: Es ligera, nada grasa, se absorbe rápido y tiene un aroma suave que desaparece enseguida. En resumen: Muy buen producto si sabes lo que estás usando. No es una hidratante cualquiera: es un tratamiento eficaz y serio.
