I use supplement as part of my overall health regimen. The studies have shown benefits to health so if you don't feel any improvement to your overall health immediately don't dismiss so quickly cause it is good in long term. I've been taking for years and 2 months before my 60th birthday, I'd say all that I'm doing to maintain goood health seems to be working cause I'm keeping up against youngsters nearly 1/2 my age when playing sports! BTW, my gel caps were all stuck together also but I put the bottle in the freezer overnight and the next day tapped with tail of a butterknife and all but one were recovered! Good luck if decide to try!!!!!

Please be aware that the appearance of the softgel may vary from golden yellow to red, depending on the seasonal conditions during the cumin seed harvest. This natural variation does not affect the product's potency or efficacy. Rest assured, all our products meet or exceed rigorous quality testing standards.“ I have been purchasing this product for a couple of years. Just purchased two new bottles and the color has changed from an amber gold color to an almost clear capsule. Not sure what’s in anymore.

Very recommend product for who is suffering from inflammation, psoriasis. Recommend to take 4 pills. 2 in the morning before food and 2 in the evening. Price is on higher side. I would like to place a bulk order if price go down.
