My aunt loves it especially when she sees what she cooking instead of opening it every time she checks on her food

I wasn't sure if I was going to like how the food would come out because I love my fried food ( in grease) but I'm definitely satisfied. Also my other issue I thought would be size, able to cook as much as i needed, family of 7, but I'm able to cook the amount I need. Awesome product.

Amazon has again ignored my problem. This unit has duel glass and in cleaning, if you spray on a cleaner, it may get thru the air vents and get into the duel glass where you can not clean. I have asked and asked for information to clean this area and all they want to do is have me return the unit. I don't need a new one, just a way to clean this one. I also suggest the door is hard to open, requiring two hands and the handle prevents it from opening as it hits the counter causing the unit to tilt. The manufacture should have this info so it can be considered for redesign. Can I contact the distributor or manufacturer?In all fairness, I got the darn thing cleaned. You have to remove the door (Film on internet) a dozen screws and take the door apart I will now suggest you be very careful in cleaning around the door and not use airesol or spray bottles. In this case the cleaner got into the vent holes in the door and messed up the glass.I want to thank Amazon for all their lack of help in this problem I finally solved myself. Lucky I had the tools and the balls to try it.

I love this air fryer is the best thing I have purchased in a long time. Instructions are easy to follow. Clean up is easy.

Wow...was amazed by the juicy dry fruits, the beef jerky, the rotisserie chicken, the potato chips are to die for.Overall, I am incredibly pleased. The cleaning of the trays was surprisingly easy to clean. Did I mention potato chips?

For months now the door to this unit would not stay shut cause it is plastic and we've had to tape it shut. the tape gave out & the door broke clear off 💔 I've been so disappointed in this unit.. &I can't get help from the seller nor the manufacturer
