Absolutely waste of money hardly cuts out any noise complete waste of money

As a diabetic type II I've been controlling blood glucose for over 23 years. I've always had problems with my morning reading of 9.6 mmol/L. May be a Somogyi effect. After only a week of taking these tablets my morning reading was down to 7.6 and after another week 6.3 and then a week later 5.6. And during the day readings were lower to the extent of 2mmol/L . I found the results impressive and I was delighted as it is really a big health issue for me. Remember though everyone is different, but if you are type II like me it is worth trying them out.
