Alternating these techniques several times will release the plug over the ear canal for easy removal. Plugs may be used for up to 2 weeks with proper handling. Discard & do not use if plugs become dirty, lose their tackiness, or begin to crack/crumble. Apply, use, and remove with adult supervision. Ear plugs are for use ONLY in water.
