Q: What if it gets drained completely? Does it need to be kept on a battery tender for long periods of no use?

If it gets drained past a certain voltage it shuts off and won't take a charge. If this happens you need to supply 12v directly to the battery for 30 min... An old type battery charger will do the trick or another battery with jumper cables left hooked to it, then put the smart charger back on and it will charge. I put mine on a battery tender if not used for more than a few weeks.

Q: You make Harley Davidson branded battery chargers. Do you also make there lithium batteries?

Don't know about HD branded, but I brought a NOCO lithium battery and NOCO 2 charger for my FLHX a year and a half ago, and it works great!

Q: the measurements seem a little big for my 2003 police road king..which model would be the right fitment?

This battery is not that large for a 700+ CCA battery. I’m using this battery to start a 26 HP tractor and it really spins it over. On a 750 cc bike that I have it was too large so bought a TPE 20L size lithium ion battery and it works amazingly well too. It’s about half the size of the NOCO battery. Take a look at the TPE batteries. A little bit more money but it’s a very good battery, mine even has a button you push to give you the current output voltage of the battery. It’s really cool.

Q: Can these batteries be run in parallel to provide more amp hours? I would like to run 2 in an 4x4 offroad vehicle application with a winch.

I would think so but I have not tried it. I have 4 -12 volt lead acid battery's in my semi that run in parallel and still put out 12 volts with more cranking amps.
