This is the best electric razor pre-shave product I have ever used. First, the aroma is something that you don’t put up with until you are done shaving and can can’t wait to wash off. It has a nice citrus aroma. Then the shave is amazing! It is so easy and smooth, no drag or pull on the razor to get through the beard, even if it has been several days between shaves. And it brings the beard up to the razor for a very close shave with just the easiest of pressure. But the most amazing thing to me is the value: 4 DROPS PER SHAVE. Yep, 4 drops and it spreads so easily and smoothly across your face to cover your entire face. After you are done a quick rinse gets any remaining product off your skin so it feels clean, smooth, soft, refreshed all day. I don’t work for them in any way, it is just an amazing product for me, and I think it will be for you also.

I have been wet-shaving for the past couple of weeks with a double edged safety razor. I typically wash my face, use a hot towel to warm up the skin, then use this product prior to applying lather from shaving soap. The oil goes a long way and it smells great. I have used this to reduce skin irritation and I have used this to "dry shave" with only the oil. This works great for either method I used. Great product!

I have been upgrading the products i use for shaving using a safety razor. I had never used a preshaving oil before, but had started using oil from another brand that had been given to me. Needing more oil (i so find that it does help when shaving with a safety razor) I looked to what other oils were available. I found this oil from Bezel and decided to give it a try. It's actually pretty good. It doesn't have a smell and doesn't require using a lot of it. Basically the price is also reasonable. I can't say it's better than the brand I had previously used either. For that reason I'm rating it a 4 instead of 5.

I have never used pre shave oil before and I wasn't quite sure how this worked or what it meant really, but I has changed how my skin reacts when I shave my head. As stated on the bottle, I rub it on and leave it there for a few minutes after getting my head wet with the warm water. I use the bevel shaving cream which has been a game changer as well. I use a handheld shaver power shaver which depending on the angle and such can tear up my skin to where I get horrible red, enflamed, and itchy bumps on the back half of my head. Now that I have introduced this pre shave oil and well as the Bevel clear shave gel, they have not returned at all. I also tend to get clogged hair follicles which become enflamed, itchy and leave me having to pull that particular hair out with tweezers before it goes away, leaving me with patchy hair in the back, but this product has helped to remove that from happening as well. I am full Bevel support, throw my money at them because they have truly worked for me and my skin type. I do have more oily type skin, which clogs my pores more, if that might help when making a decision for this product. My skin is neither oily nor is it dry after using this product, it just feels normal, soft, hydrated without over doing it, a little tighter but in a good way, if that also makes any sense?

Really good product. Doesnt smell as good as the art of shaving but works just as well if not better.

It softens my beard and allows the razor to glide smoothly across my face, reducing razor burn and the risk of ingrown hairs. It’s easy to apply, has a subtle scent, and is reasonably priced. It has become an essential part of my shaving routine.

I'd never used pre-shave oil before, but I'm officially a convert! I do a wet shave with a safety razor and usually give myself two passes. It was common to have some mild irritation and for my chin and neck to still feel a little stubbly, even after going across the grain on the second pass. I always regarded pre-shave oil as "just another thing to buy." But after doing some research, I gave Bevel a try. It was well reviewed for coarse beards and sensitive skin. I can honestly say I've never had a more enjoyable shave. Both passed were nice and easy with zero tugs or nicks (which were common for me in that tender area of the moustache on the sides of my mouth), and I've never had a smoother result. Seriously, it's like butter smooth. And my skin feels very nice hours after. No tightness or dryness. This oil is well worth the purchase!
