With the correct 'attractant' works really well.
We bought two of these Box Moth Traps and they work really well. We had to buy the pheramone (actually 'attractant' is spelt easier!). Assembling and using the Traps is simple. This is the first year our area has been hit (devastated actually) by Box Moths and our two traps have caught literally hundreds in the few weeks we have been using the traps. Although attacked, we have not fully lost any Box plants so far.

Highly recommend the traps, i, had a huge asian caterpillar problem, that almost killed all my topiary but hand picked and sprayed the buggers and enjoying seeing new growth now I have got moths under control
