FIRST OFF was SO excited about this because its faster than other decices i thought this would mean it would be easier and quicker to use therefore id use it more and it would work faster. NOPE. saw NO improvement. at all. used consistently. the laser i used before was much cheaper and slower and less painful yet it worked much better! AND wait for it.... aside from it hurting more than other lasers, being MUCH more expensive, AND NOT WORKING. get this!!!! IT BURNED ME. LOL! yep! a couple of marks on super visible areas of my body. welp. thats freaking great!DO NOT GET THIS TERRIBLE PRODUCT

I purchased and started using this product product in mid April and am writing this review at the end of July after using the product weekly. Hair removal is happening but more slowly than advertised and it seems like progress is slowing down. 3 months in and I'd say maybe I'm about halfway to totally clear on my underarms and 75% on my legs/bikini area). I have medium-fare skin but dark coarse hair. The speed of the flashes is also slowing down - I used to be able to do my lower legs with the fast speed and now I need to let the product rest otherwise the way between flashes is several seconds. In hindsight I wish I had invested in a higher end product that worked faster...

Like most others that are vine members. I’ve acquired my fair share of IPL’s. This is the first that is actually FDA approved that I’ve managed to try ( aside from buying them from tv networks chnnls). This one is pretty unique looking. It’s smaller than another one in this same brand I got. Descent cord length. It’s pricey I will say and it would be nice if it had interchangeable parts like some other newer IPLs I’ve tried that have been an unknown brand. The parts those had like red light blue light for facial or acne. Aside from that this is pretty awesome that it’s unlimited flashes. If I were to go back in time. I would say I would invest my money into unlimited flash devices. Especially if you are very good at routines. This only requires once a week exposure to the areas that you cover. I’ve got fair skin and deep coarse brunette colored hair and it accepted my skin tone. It feels like warmth when it hits your skin, those that may be more sensitive should take an ibuprofen or something before using to help take the edge off. Also do not use during when aunt flow comes to visit! Arrived sealed and ready for you to use. Just plug n go.

The idea that a certain wavelength of light will destroy the hair follicle is believable, but in this case it just is not true. This device was a huge disappointment. I have light skin and dark hair. Perfect for it's alleged capabilities. It just does nothing. Even after months of use. I have seen no less hair growth. The only recommendation I would have is to not purchase it.

Used for 4 applications & it did a superb job, very worth the price!

Although this may be a great product, I was disappointed to find it will not work on dark skin. I do appreciate that it didn’t work because it would be unsafe but wish I could find an at home option for laser hair removal.
