I was really looking forward to drinking tea to slim down because I love tea however regular tea and supplement teas constipate me well unfortunately this does the same. It constipate me. And it might be what’s making me suddenly itch all over. I’ll have to stop and try again in a few days and will let you know. But it taste great.

I have diabetes, I thought it wouldn't hurt but I kept taking it and I got constipated even though they said it's supposed to help your digestive system. If that was the case that would have never happened so they need to make sure that it works for people not just say everybody and they should take back the unused and reimburse your Manny. It's not cheap. I do not recommend this product not unless you consult your physician.

I absolutely love this tea. Normally I order a three months supply from their website but took a chance on one month from Amazon for the holidays even though it’s more expensive. It comes much sooner. I’ve been using this tea for about 9 months and have really lost inches all over, plus a few pounds. All the clothes fit so much better. I drink two to three cups of the morning tea during the day (depending on how long I’m home daily) then have one cup of the detox tea at night. I wouldn’t say it gives me more noticeable energy but at 82, I have a lot of responsibility with a grown son so I’m out a lot for his appts. I just feel better drinking this tea, and don’t add sugar or milk. It also keeps me from snacking especially at night. Just make sure you do steep it for the 10-12 minutes as noted.

Doesn't taste great

.The evening tea is the best part! It helps me sleep and aids in digestion. Can’t really tell a big difference in the day time tea except it does give you some extra energy. They recommend 2-3 cups daily, but that’s too expensive for me. I did loose a couple pounds but I didn’t get the tea specifically for that reason. The biggest negative for me is, I really only want the night time tea and they don’t sell it separately. (Although they do sell the day time tea separately) . Also it’s pretty expensive. I probably won’t order again due to the price and the inability to get just the night time tea. (I have ordered it 3 times and we just don’t do the day time tea)

The tea is good. Keeps you having active BM's. But did not loose any weight.

These tees taste great. As for weight loss, they don’t really do anything.
