Took a chance after reading the reviews because all sea moss is not the same. After only 2 days I noticed my hair felt a lot softer. Within 7-10 days I noticed a significant change in my skin. Vitamins worked just as advertised and I found very helpful. Since I’m bulking and eating a lot of food, my gut gets extremely overworked. This vitamin seemed to be helping relieve that stress and make it easier on my gut. Definitely Recommend!

I've been using this product about 2-3 weeks and all I can say is, IT WORKS!!! I take it with Black Seed Oil. I tried the actual Sea Moss Gel several years ago and was too time consuming for me to prepare. After some research I decided on this product. I'm 56 years old and have Prostate issues (BPH) I've been dealing with for over 3-5 years. I'm hoping the minerals in the Sea Moss will control those issues. Learned my cholesterol is up and I want to see how it affects that. Have an appointment with my neurologist in a couple of months. So I want to see if there are any changes in PSA numbers. And men...it works and helps in ALL areas!!!!!!!!

I have achalasia, which is a esophogus disease/disorder, and I have alot of chest congestion and mucus buildup from it. It also causes alot of coughing. It makes my life very difficult and exhausting. I read in a health food group, that sea moss helps with mucus, so I tried this. Some of the reviews said that it takes about two weeks to work and that's how long it took for it to really kick in for me. My chest congestion and mucus buildup is SOO much better now and coughing is also much better. I almost feel like a normal, healthy person again. I never thought I would find relief for my symptoms and I think I finally did. I would definetly highly recommend it. At least what I use it for. 5 stars!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
