前は12mg摂取だったので、いまは朝晩食事の後に1錠づつ飲んでます。 脂溶性なので食後が良く、一日の摂取量は6mg〜12mgだそうです。 あまり効果を確認しにくいサプリと思いますが、私は飲み続けようと思ってます。ある時に歳の割に若いねー、とか言われたら最高です。
