I bought the FEDUS 20m Cat6 cable to set up a connection across rooms, and it works perfectly. The outer PVC shell is hard which is expected from an outdoor cable. 4 pairs inside have superior quality copper as well. However, there is no electromagnetic foil inside the outer-shell. So its not fully outdoor/ burial cable as I intended to use it in the same shaft/ flex pipe that had some power cables too. I ordered this cable in particular because it had sturdy rj45 shielded connector shown in the picture. After installing the cable, it didn't work. I called support number and the guys were very helpful and mentioned in 30 seconds to request a replacement as the connector crimping was not done properly -and I appreciate them saying it. Unfortunately, replacement was not possible as I already had the cable installed for my intended purpose. Then I had to order RJ45 connectors, Stress Boot, Crimper and wasted 2-3 days in waiting. Everything works now with connector's replaced but I wish they improve their crimping and testing process. Or send a letter asking to test the cable ourselves first before installation. A lesson for me but I really wish i didn't need to go through all of this pain of replacing the connector. + i couldn't find the same connectors so replaced with regular RJ45 connectors which is a disappointment again as I paid for those shielded metal connectors. Over all the wire is good and sturdy, I get full 1gbps speed at 50 mtrs, but no electromagnetic foil inside and faulty connector(s) had ruined my experience of buying this expensive wire.
