Essential product in my life. There is a reason why this has so many positive reviews.
Update December 24, 2023: I recently picked up a bottle of Zeasorb AF from a local store. Zeasorb has again changed the ingredients used in this powder. The previous mix contained cellulose powder to replace talcum. The consistency was a bit grainy compared to the original. Now, it looks like they replaced the cellulose with tapioca powder. The consistency of the powder is now closer to the original. I would call it an improvement. Regardless, it's still the effective medicated Zeasorb foot powder we all love. ********** Update June 14, 2022: Zeasorb have changed/updated the ingredients used in this powder. It now has more of a free-flowing/finer consistency and feels a bit different on the skin. I have been using the new version for a few weeks now, and it still seems to work very well. The old version contained talc, and the current version no longer includes talc. ********** This powder absolutely works. It does its job and doesn't have any unpleasant side effects. Long version of this story: I have had persistent problems with athlete's foot, and some kind of dermatitis, probably due to excessive sweating. I grew up in the desert, but even during the winter in colder climates, my feet tend to sweat. I have probably tried all of the foot care products out there, from basic powders (half of which would turn into a slimy mess), to sprays, to creams, and most of them have been ineffective for me. It wasn't until I was about 22 years old or so, deployed to Iraq, where I found two products from Certain Dri in a care package, including the roll-on antiperspirant, and the "microsponge" foot powder. Whoever dropped those products into that care package is a true saint! My feet never had problems again! The Certain Dri stuff "certainly" wasn't cheap, but I could order it through Amazon and get it in Iraq, and those were a game-changer for me. Fast-forward a little, and somebody had sent this Zeasorb powder in a care package. It comes in a bigger bottle, it's cheaper, it's available on Amazon and in several stores, and works just as well! I've probably been using Zeasorb AF for about ten years now, on four military deployments, in the heat and cold, and I really hope it never goes away. Zeasorb AF is absolutely an essential for me.

works. BTW: has fragrance, does not use talc (uses cornstarch)
Pleasant scent--it says unscented in some parts of this product page, and it says fragrance in the ingrdedient list further down on product page as well as if you look at ingredient list on bottle in the product picture THEN, in one spot it says "talc free" then in another it says "talc" in the ingredient list. THEN in the product picture of the container itself, there is no talc listed, instead it says cornstarch. OK then! YEESH how hard is it to get the info right???? Ok, so does it work? yes. Definitely fine for feet fungus. Nice to add to shoes and socks. When I have something creeping up, I prefer to use a cream, then double down by adding to shoes and socks. Tried it for a rash near groin, but it didnt do anything (many use same exact 2% Miconazole Nitrate ingredient). Had to get stronger prescribed stuff. Been a hot humid summer :( Who cares if it is only half full? Products like this are sold based on weight not by volume. Powders fill then settle. Container has to be large enough to handle. But yes, the containers could be smaller in that regard. 3.5/4 stars
