Not waterproof but he loves the coat
My son loves this coat. True to size too He's worn it for a year. Only downfall... He walks to school and when it rains he gets wet. Got another coat that's waterproof now but this coat is his go to when the weather's not too wet. Happy days he loves it

The jacket itself is well made but the sizing is wrong. You need to order 1 may 2 sizes up. Very small coat. The child in the image is wearing a larger size for his age. The coat reaches above my sons hip not over his hip like the image
