When you receive it, it seems a little underwhelming, but once you start putting the pieces on the cake it turns out really cute. I liked that I could have a more simple cake and then take it over the top with these decorations. I left off a star because there were scratches on the plastic of the happy birthday sign. The little ball decorations are separate but I highly recommend getting them as well. Overall, berry satisfied.
