Great quality, sturdy. I use these for Arm Wrestling exercises, and forearm strengthening exercises, like pronation and supination. Has been holding on still, and I could make several knots to adjust the length. So it’s been good so far.

280= size 4 gi. Needed a temporary replacement belt- same quality you would get with a white belt. Does the job.

Wouldn’t fit my waist, besides that it is a well made belt.

I learned at physical therapy that using a karate belt works perfect for stretching legs etc. it hold up to lots of washing, and doesn’t give.

It's sturdy, very long, and malleable enough to get the job done, keep your gi up if you need it to. whether your buying this for your dojo or you just want it for cosplay like I did!
