Excellent precision grinder. It really makes a great cup of coffee, I use it with a chemex pour over and would recommend it to anyone who really enjoys coffee. I really didn't realize how much flavor i was missing out. For construction i would say very well done, all grinding surface and moving parts are stainless and precision. Cleaning, for me it is easy to disassemble (4 main parts, couple of washers) and brush off. The grind adjustment is very simple, well marked and crazy accurate, grind time for me is about 2 minutes of easy turning for 30 grams of perfect fresh grind. One note: Keep fingers away from the handle hinge, it is spring loaded and engages very quickly whether you finger is there or not.

I haven’t had much time with this grinder but was pleasantly surprised that it was able to grind fine enough for espresso. I gave it as a gift but used it first to ensure it was of good quality. It is heavy and well made. The burrs are solid and the adjustment on the bottom is very easy to use. Grinding is smooth and comfortable. I might end up getting one for myself. It’s definitely a great value. I’ve seen other grinders in the same category go for well over $100 USD.

This is a well made product, heavy duty and built to last. Most importantly, I was able to follow their directions and easily dial in the same grind that my quality plug-in grinder Baratza does and I can take this on the road in our RV! Very easy to use and clean, and only takes a minute or so. Highly recommended, though the price seems to jump around a lot so look for it on sale.

I have been using this coffee grinder for a few days now. It is quick and easy to use - takes about a minute to grind two scoops of coffee beans for espresso. The case is easy to grip and the large knob is comfortable to turn. The coffee comes out with a uniform grind and adjusting the size was simple when following the instructions. It comes with a carrying bag and brush - haven't needed to use them yet.

Setting the grind size is frustrating but otherwise well built and does a good job. I appreciate that the base that collects the ground coffee is exactly 100 g so can be used to measure out the right amount of beans without having to tear the scale. You can grind enough beans for a cup of coffee in less than a minute and it’s got much higher quality blades than an electric grinder at the same price and doesn’t make annoying noise for my roommates on mornings when I get up early. It feels like a very well built item and looks and feels nice to operate. Really the only downside to this is the annoying design for how to set the grind size. I typically just use one grind setting for a bag of beans so it’s only an occasional annoyance to get it dialed in, if you want to change it often maybe consider buying something else but if you’re like me and don’t and are able to find this on sale during prime day like I did, it’s absolutely worth it at that price.

The grind quality is very nice, it allows very fine adjustment for pourovers and espressos. It is a hand grinder so it's a bit difficult to clean requiring a fair bit of disassemblly if you want to get it spotless, I think using compressed air would be very nice. The grinder is very quiet, much better than those cheap electric grinders. The build quality is very good, I've no doubt that it will last many years.

C2S manual grinder - So glad I finally upgraded my manual grinder to this! Extremely efficient and easy to use and clean. Also easy to adjust how fine or coarse you want the grind. I use this for my aeropress and sometimes French press. This is more robust than I expected. Seems well built. It takes me maybe 20 seconds or so to grind 20g of beans. My old one took me 2-3 minutes.

Great quality all the way around (inside and out). Love the convenience of the fold down handle. After a couple of uses, I now have the perfect grind. Your product is awesome. I was looking for a manual grinder because my preferred coffee , Hazelnut, has actual hazelnuts in it. A regular grinder gets clogged up after just a few uses. So happy its portable and I can take it with me wherever I go. Ps. The noise level is much quieter than an electric grinder too. (Nice in the morning when your spouse is still sleeping).

For over 20 years I have the daily routine of grinding my Colombia beans and brewing a thick cofee with my Bodum French press. I think I know what I am talking about when it comes to cofee and this grinder has made a huge difference in the taste. The consistency of the beans is amazing and the process of handgrinding is such a satisfying experience. The device itself is very well made, looks, works and feels just perfect. Absolute must have for coffee aficionados.
