I have a size 36 waist with average size scrotum and a slightly above average size penis (a grower), my thighs are not large and there’s not much to my backside. I like lightly snug (not tight) briefs with support, so typically I find size mediums work for me. Though these boxers tend to be small, I started off trying a medium. The medium is way too tight for me all the way around from backside around hips and to the front, though the penile sheath fit comfortably, even when aroused (it stretches to size well enough) and the scrotum support was firm but not uncomfortable. Upon ordering an L and an XL size to see the difference and which might feel the best, both fit firm and not too tight, the “XL” feeling the most comfortable. Between the 3 different sizes, there was no difference in the dimensions for the white mess material that supports the scrotum. So, I guess the idea is, there’s supposed to be enough stretch to accommodate any size. There’s a difference in distance from the waistband to the sheath. The stitching that goes down, around and behind the scrotum that aids in providing support keeps the scrotum lifted up and forward, which makes the package in your pants more prominent than typical boxers with a single pocket. With the very tight “M” size on me, there’s a lot of this lift and pressure on the scrotum, particularly when sitting. This pressure, over a period of time does cause the skin of the scrotum to squeeze through the mesh holes making it feel less comfortable than it should (kinda like a little burning sensation). The “L”size produced the same feeling on me, but not as noticeable. The “XL” size didn’t have that much pressure and that seems to alleviate that issue. Because of the tightness of the “M” size on me and the shorter distance between the waistband and sheath, it causes my package to elevate where a somewhat flaccid penis tends to point straight out almost like in the picture. With the “XL”and its greater distance from waistband to sheath, the penis tends to lay downward more as it lies against the scrotum. As tight as the “M” size was, it tended to be more comfortable than expected once I got used to it, except for the issue with the skin squeezing through the mesh under sitting pressure. The “XL” size was the most comfortable for me and I intend to stock up. I only wish that instead of the mesh material there was non-mesh material and that area have a more defined pocket for the scrotum. The location of the sheaths for all the sizes worked very well and no issues of inadvertently fall out anywhere . . . even when fully flaccid and sitting. I had no unusual riding up, but people with thick thighs most likely will; they’d need longer boxer briefs to avoid this.

Extremely comfortable if you prefer a tight fitting yet stretchy mid length briefs. The fabric (after a few washes with fabric softener) is smooth and breathable. Both pouches are very comfortable and extremely breathable keeping everything in place. A hot day with a lot of movement that would normally be uncomfortable and painful was pleasant, cooler, and no pain from chafing at the end of the day. It can be a little awkward putting back on after useing the bathroom (could get funny looks). The "trunk" makes you rethink wearing very loose fitting shorts or pants in public ("basketball" shorts and PJ pants when company is over). All in all I am extremely happy with this purchase and have decided to order more. I do wish the price was lower so I can get more of them, I do feel the price is correct for the product. Only time will tell how long they last for, I'm hoping for 150-300 uses before replacement. I'm at 10 now with no signs of problems yet. As many men would care about this is should say: yes, the fabric "grows" with you without and discomfort (still a snug fit, not tight, feels good). My wife enjoys this product too. I have noticed I "feel sexy" when I'm wearing them, never thought I'd say that but there you are. Definitely man scape often if wearing this.

Very comfy and breathable. Keeps the jewels cool and fresh on hot days while providing the perfect amount of support for all three parts. Could be a little bit longer for the perfect fit, but for the average guy, should fit well.

A few points of reference. First, I am larger than average but nothing an average woman can't handle as long as I don't get carried away. Second, I tried the Real Men large C-pouch before these. The large with these is too small in terms of legs and waist. The sack support is marginal and definitely not enough to enjoyably cup my boys. They feel more smashed and held in place. And I should mention that the C-pouch is a bit big but I think I'm in a weird middle ground in terms of my prowess. Third, my main man fits nicely into the hilarious snout and I'm curious how it goes at full attention. But the real benefits of all this extra fabric aren't really realized because most of the discomfort is the scrote on the legs. Now these succeed in that effort but I fail to see much benefit in my soldier out in the breeze with a windbreaker. Finally, I really need longer leg coverage. These are just butthuggers that don't ride up your crack. They do ride up the inner thighs immediately (because these are probably a size too small) in order to get the ball bag sufficiently cupped. Maybe a larger size would be more enjoyable but I think I prefer the longer inseam and the pleasurable support the Real Men give in multitudes. However, if you aren't wearing these as a potentially erotic daily driver but instead for fun with a partner or alone, just get what turns you on and isn't terribly uncomfortable. These might be them. I'll decide how fun they are when I've had a chance to be at full staff and directing traffic in my house. The sample image isn't far off.

Based of the picture you’d think there was a clear bit of expansion for the scrotum. This is not the case, they simply squeeze everything. As a grower not a shower I wasn’t really worried about the “trunk” which is the main selling feature. I should have been. Not sure who’s member would fit in there but the product is made in china so perhaps there’s some truth to what they say about Asians. Idk. All I know is I’m definitely not gonna buy these again. I’m something about average and like I said a grower not a shower. So unlesss ur WELL below average, avoid this men.

This is one of my favorite underwear purchases. The material is comfortable and the fit is ideal. I really like the length of the legs and the sleeve is very comfortable.
