Our family received a train set made by Brio from our son. When I saw the Wooden Town Play Set I couldn't resist adding this to our Brio collection. Melissa and Doug products are always well made! I will be able to add both Brio and Melissa and Doug pieces as my granddaughter grows up. These really are life long toys that can be handed down to next generations!

These get so much play from my 3 and 5 year old boys! They seem durable so far (my kids throw them in a bin with their toy cars) and they’re a good size to make a full town

I am happy with the product. The pieces appear to be sturdy and well-made and they are very cute! I would have rated it 5 stars, but I am disappointed that the wooden storage case doesn’t have a cover.

Love this set. Melissa and Doug is our new favorite brand. So many fun pieces to add to our Melissa and Doug town rug. Would recommend. Perfect size for little hands. Seems very durable.

Great for creative imaginative play. Can be used alone or in conjunction with other toys. Can be stored anywhere but original packaging provides reusable storage well. Supports development and play well. Sturdy and well made. Light weight, easy to see and colourful. Clear and simple design. No action noises. Each piece is about the size of a child’s hand, sometimes a little larger than that. Segments are readily portable in a purse or travel bag but may be a challenge to travel with the entire collection. No people are included in this set, so something to consider and purchase as an extra somewhere else, to help better promote creative ideas and representational play. Suitable for ages suggested as well as supporting other children in their development stages. Great for play and development. Good value for money.
