Very good vitamin e supplement.

I've been taking vitamin e for more than 10 years and the Natural Factors Clear Base vitamin e really makes a difference. The thin coating allow it to break down faster and I do feel and see a difference in leg veins. I workout daily and so I can get raised veins on my shins. This product helps reduce that problem.

This has been the best natural source of Vitamin E that I have found, but then I'm no expert. I do however read the labels and avoid certain ingredients that are in some other brands' supplements.
