What don't I like first... The fact that the bread has to be refrigerated because I like my bread room temperature, however, I totally understand why it should be. So with that, this is not necessarily a negative this is just what it is. Everything else about this bread outside of that is AWESOME!!. It's gluten free, low carb, completely tasty, durable just like your regular wonder bread, but not bad for you like wonder bread lol. I absolutely love this bread and buy it in bulk every chance I get. If you're consious about being low carb and also need to stay gluten free like I have to, this bread is perfect.

I've tried a lot of gluten-free breads. Most are dry, fall apart quickly, and are full of sugar and carbs. This one is soft, stays together, and makes a killer grilled cheese or avocado toast. The texture is a bit gummy, but I don't mind the tradeoff. Love that it's low-carb and full of fiber too. Please keep stocking this bread, and make it available via subscribe and save!

I ordered the white bread instead of the original flavor. I won’t make that mistake again because it is dry and crumbly and has an off-putting flavor. Maybe stale? I have no way of knowing. Love, love the original flavor bread.

When the bread arrived the loafs were compressed against each other. Bread is best I’ve found for my wife. The slices are fragile and when smashed from shipping you can’t separate the bread slices. Fix your freight methods.

I’ve been eating keto for over 2+ years now, since it seems to be the only thing that keeps my eczema away. Even though I’m throughly “fat adapted,” if I go over around 25g net carbs in a day my hands get hot, and by three days they’re covered in extremely painful little bubbles. All this TMI to say that staying in keto matters a LOT to me — and I started off suspicious of this bread (anyone who remembers the horrible “Smart Sweets” episode of non-keto “keto” foods knows what I mean). Amazingly, this bread is every bit as keto as it says — I can literally eat it all day if I want! It tastes amazing; somewhere in between regular white bread and Brazilian cheese bread, but without the cheese. I’ll spare you even more TMI, but the fiber content in this stuff is legit, too. I had a lot of trouble remembering my daily fiber supplements on keto, and this bread makes it easy and enjoyable to get 30+mg of fiber a day. I love this bread. It sure is expensive, but I don’t see how a good quality keto bread could be much cheaper. Plus it’s still cheaper than fiber supplements and steroid creams. Thank you, carbonaught!

This bread is a game changer. Now I can have a full size sandwich not a doll size sandwich like on some gf bread. It makes great french toast without falling apart. If you are gf you won’t be disappointed. Arrives well packaged and on time.

GREAT bread that is Gluten Free & keto- BUT….. Carbonaut would rather lay a big chaIn retailer rather than give a discount to customers who buy from them directly - which makes NO SENSE. The best price you can get on their website is $11 a loaf, IF YOU BUY 8 LOAVES! You can get a loaf at Sprouts for $10 a loaf, which means they are giving a DEEP WHOLESALE DISCOUNT to big chain retailers but if you don’t live near one of these stores, too bad for you- you will pay full price from The Oven Door. Which makes absolutely no sense. So after trying to communicate the math to them, they still wouldn’t budge and offer a discount code. So I now buy from Amazon- let them make less from the sale. The extra $2 for shipping is well worth it. But the bread is fantastic - you can’t find good Gluten Free bread that is also keto. But instead of concentrating on that market niche, they come out with baking mixes that are NOT Gluten Free . Why? There are many many companies that use wheat in their keto breads & baked goods. But non that are good that use resistant starch and are Gluten Free as well. They just don’t seem to get it.

I originally found this bread in the store but it wasn't convenient for me to drive there and purchase so I decided to see if Amazon carried it; thank goodness they did. Listen, if you're looking for a high fiber low carb bread, this is it! Seriously, I would eat this every day if I could. They know how to make bread!!! It tastes great. I toast mine because gluten-free bread tends to break apart but toasting it helps. Get the Bread! Your body will thank you!

Fantastic bread for low carb and/or low calorie diets. It toasts beautifully. It freezes well for up to 3 months. The company also makes a low calorie- low carb plain bagel that is so hard to find in retail stores. I hope I can find them on Amazon in the future. This product is invaluable in my eating plan, and I plan to keep my freezer stocked.

This bread is expensive but on keto never eating bread and missing it this is so nice. I only eat one slice at a time so it will last awhile. I keep it in the freezer. Very enjoyable to have toast again. My B.S. did not go too high either since I am a Type 2 diabetic. Go for it.
