This is the best frying pan I have ever owned. Using it properly it cooks eggs perfectly and cleans up with just a paper towel wipe. It really is incredible. Love the performance. Love the look.

I have never understood why all fry pans don't come with lids. This one just what I was looking for. Great size for one or two people for cooking eggs or smaller amounts of meat. Not flimsy, nice weight, which surprised me. Lays flat and cooks evenly. The handle feels good to the touch, nice and smooth and stays cool. So far non stick is excellent. Clean up is a breeze, no need to put in the dishwasher. Bought the white, its a nice contrast to the wood look handle. Nic

I can’t say enough great things about my recent purchase of this fry pan shortly after the holidays. It is good quality, arrived quickly & looks beautiful. It is ceramic & allows you to use little to no oil when cooking since food slides right out. It also, does not contain any hazardous chemicals other non-stick pans contain that eventually chip into your food. It has a solid glass lid which is a real bonus at this price point under $30. The company even includes a good quality screwdriver to use when putting on the handle of the pan. All in all, a great purchase from Amazon. I highly recommend this item. Replace your worn out pans, this is a great option at a great price!

This is the first "non-stick" pan I've bought that actually IS non-stick, no matter what I've cooked in it. I can brown or fully cook multiple servings without overcrowding. (No turning around after using it a few times to find the lean meat or fish sticking or starting to burn, even with barely a tsp of olive oil in the pan. And with the lid on, steam only exits through the little vent on top, not around the sides. Since the lid is glass, I can monitor a poached salmon filet, for example, without lifting the lid and releasing steam/vapor that makes the filet moist/tender. The wooden handle on the pan and knob on the lid, are a nice touch--no hot pad needed if you're careful to only touch what's wood. I gave it four stars instead of five due to a couple of drawbacks: 1) It is VERY heavy--every bit as heavy as any cast iron skillet. and 2) The lining is extremely susceptible to scratching, especially when it's hot. I used metal tongs to gently (I thought) turn a filet--afterwards, I found a tiny scratch where the tip of the tongs had inadvertently just touched the hot pan lining underneath. Since the scratch was so small, I continue to use the pan without problems, but am VERY careful to ONLY use wooden spoons-of course, they don't make wooden tongs that I know of. ADDENDUM: Now that I've had this pan awhile and frequently used it, I notice it does have some areas that heat faster than others--and the bottom almost seems to be a little higher in the middle, which always makes liquids accumulate around the circumference. (And I've always hand-washed it--never put it in the dishwasher). But it still is an excellent pan for stovetop multi-serving foods (like chicken breasts, salmon, shrimp/stir fry, etc.) I compensate for the heat distribution problem, which primarily affects frying/browning, by watching the food more closely and gently rotating both the food and the pan. If it's something with sauce/braising liquid, once that's added and the heat turned down, it's not necessary to move anything around much, esp if I put the lid on. The "non-stick" quality remains excellent.

Easy to clean, very easy to handle. Time will tell how well the finish holds up.

Love these pans! I’m slowly switching out my pans to these from Sensarte. I have a set from Calphalon and so far, these are holding up well compared to them. They cook evenly and are a BREEZE to clean. Nothing I’ve cooked yet has stuck to these pans!

I am 66. Bot frail or anything but a heavy pot is a heavy pot and THIS is most definitely not. Got Soooo tired of heavy cookware that I had to lift and then everything stuck to it when I cooked basically ANYTHING. BUT ....I also didn't want the contaminants from "non-stick" cookware. After Sooooooo much research and reading I found this product and 1st bought just the egg/small saute pan with lid. OMG....I fell in love and then bought the 12 inch pan with lid and spatulas. I literally took all the heavy stuff to a donation center. This is the lightest most amazing really nice cookware. It literally just wipes clean. I'm am so tired of soaking stubborn stuck on food....NO MORE!! I am just amazed at how absolutely light it is. I plan to buy one or two more pieces but for now I've been thrilled with the two I have. For comparison I placed a standard 12qt "chili" pot in the larger one and a lemon in the other to get an idea of size. I ALMOST bought the larger 13" pan and am sooooo glad I didn't as the 12" is plenty big enough. Also, cant recommend those spatulas enough. They too are just amazing and basically match the new pots. They're also on Amazon.

We replaced an older non-stick pan we had as I read so many bad things about those coated non-stick pans and we had used it alot. We decided on this ceramic fry pan, good reviews we are very happy with it. Great non-stick non-toxic, and the matching lid is so nice to have, the handle is ergonomic and comfortable. So far very happy with it, had to learn to not crank up the burner to high and so far it nicely browns meat/sausages, great stir fries, eggs don't stick you add a little oil and off you go, medium heat. Very easy to wipe clean, very happy with the pan.

Love this pan. It heats and cooks well, and cleans like a dream. Would prefer the handle be made of metal but otherwise happy with the product and the price.
