You can apply to root and length of the hair. It has cooling effect due to methi, watch out for susceptibility to cold! In that case you can apply just on the length of hair. Able to manage frizzy hair..No need of conditioner.

It is a good product and effective, easy to use and scent is also good, consists of natural ingredients. Overall satisfied with the product.
