Just what I needed. Easy to setup, although I really hate hunting for the tabs that you have to take off before running the printer through the test printing. Be aware that the plastic attachments need to be removed from the internal printer cartridges. They look well engineered and functional compared to the rest of the obvious plates tabs. App worked great and found my wifi without a problem. Great quality output. I try not to give 5 stars because for the most part everything could be better but I didn't find that to be the case with this printer.

Bought this printer in January 2023 for a small business. By July it was unusable. The rollers cause paper jams, which I see others have had a problem with as well. By July the printer would not feed paper through at all. It jams every time we attempt to print. Customer service has been terrible. We followed the directions to contact Xerox customer service and it says they will respond within 24 hours. We have done this 3 times and there has been no response at all. The ink is very expensive but the quality when it worked was great. The sad thing is we have 2 printers at my office. One that is a workhorse but just does black and white and this one for high quality printing in color. This printer was used minimally a few prints a day (10-20 pages), and it broke that quickly. I have had this business for 23 years. I have never had such a bad experience with a printer in all that time and our previous high quality printer worked for about 10-11 years. I will not buy another printer from this company after this experience and I would not recommend this printer.

I have not had this long, but it was a joy to set up and connect to three devices. I am more tech savvy than average and I had some small issues connecting to laptops, but it didn't take long until things started working. It's small screen is touch-enabled which makes a lot of small admin tasks a lot easier that other similar printers I've owned. The main reason for me for providing a five stars review though is price. I really expected to find something undesirable with the quality for such a low price, but this seems to be a very excellent color laser MFP. Best of the three MFPs I've owned anyway. Impressed.

Using the cell phone app it took me 30-minutes to setup this printer. I did have a driver issue soon after completing installation that I quickly overcame. Not even sure what that was about but turned out not to be a major issue. This device is just as people say in the reviews. It's a little loud, perhaps a tad slow, but prints wonderful quality prints. I bought this Xerox printer after going back and forth between a Brother and Lexmark but ultimately chose this one due to it's size. It's big but not overly so and with any other laser printer I was going to have to make accommodations for space which I didn't have to do with this one. I don't like that you can't scan directly from the printer but using the "Xerox Print and Scan Experience" software it works flawlessly. Ink is going to be expensive down the road but I compared to other printers and frankly they are all expensive so it just is what it is.

Printer seems to work, but set up is not as good as it should be: 1: apparently Xerox has been bought by Lexmark so finding driver and downloads don’t work as indicated on the instruction manual and screen on the printer. 2: set up using QR code doesn’t work. Waiting icon forever. 3: need to set up manually. Afterwards instruction on how to download drivers doesn’t work as the Xerox printer model is not listed under Lexmark’s website. 4: scanner is only one sided, although the printer is duplex capable. 5: have to manually set up scanning function using Windows Scan app (from App Store). 6: USB port doesn’t recognize ExFat format. NTFS seems to work though. I bought this printer for $100 discount so I can’t complain too much. But the printer seems to have suffered from corporate buyouts and left users holding the bag.

Print quality, resolution, ease of use all are features of this wonderful product. The setup via the CD was not without a few issues. It had to be installed twice for all the drivers to load. The on screen setup is fairly to use as well. Just make the password something not too complex since the on screen keyboard is tiny (compared to a smartphone keyboard display). Connected to home Wifi without complications. Prints quickly from "sleep" mode. Functionality for doing multiple copies or scans works as designed.

L'imprimante correspond à mes attentes, seul problème la cartouche noir présente dans le colis s'est retrouvée à 16% en quelques impressions, vu le prix des consommables j'espère que c'est une malheureuse erreur et que je suis le seul à être dans ce cas. J'attends avec beaucoup d'attention la reaction du vendeur sur le sujet.

I bought this printer expecting it to be a game changer from a good name. I was wrong. It's been a terrible printer.. and for color.. it's so bad ..I don't even print in color anymore... Color saver. Yes.. because it's so faint I wouldn't even call it color. It saves toner by not using it on the paper .. And so out of focus I need a different pair of glasses to read it ..It's a real hot mess. I will be scrapping it shortly and going to another brand .. definitely would not recommend

This is the worst printer and one of the worst company to deal with! Xerox is old school and does not know how to deal with customer service. The quality and performance of the printer is terrible since 1st day.
