I used this for the first time the other night and I was really impressed by it. I washed and conditioned my hair, squeezed out all the excess water and then liberally applied a hair mask and then used the shower cap provided and whacked this on over the top. It says to use it between 20-40 mins so I went for half an hour for my first try on level 8 heat and it wasn’t too hot at all! I had a bit of my hair that had become a bit tangled as I have really long hair and I had been sick in bed all week and using this with the hair mask worked wonders and got the knots out! Extremely easy to use, has everything you need and excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend to anyone! It definitely made the hair mask work way better than just using it alone. It also has a toggle to pull so it fits your head better and the cord length is not bad either. Very good quality and feels like a product that will last. Definitely a 5 stars from me! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Effective as an at-home steamer. Saves you a trip to the salon. Super easy to use, heat can be regulated between high, medium and low. Cord is not as long as I would have liked but quite functional, still. Would definitely recommend.

This price is actually good for someone who is looking for budged products but produce professional outcome as you would get from a salon. - I feel like it's pretty safe and easy to use. The funtions of it is pretty straightforward. It also help heat sensitivity for the hair scalp, there you can play with the temperature to suit your needs. - the cord is pretty long; i like sitting on the ground while watching a movie. Cons of it. - someotimes i feel like the heat cuts off suddenly, i have no clue if it due to safety reasons or the timer just went off. But overall. It's quite nice. And reasonable price

I don’t write reviews but this is worth the effort as it really does what it says it’s supposed to do. It heats up really well and you can really feel it on your head. The cap is self is compact to put away but also fits on the head very comfortably and is snug. My hair absorbed the deep conditioning treatment so so well. This is definitely going to be a key part of my wash day routine, it has salon like results, amazing price point - what’s not to love!

I only have used it once, but it's as described, easy to use and for me, level 3 to 4 for 20 minutes is perfect (my hair is curly 2a to 3b)

Great quality. Heats up then stops, heats up then stops- Only downside. Definitely best treatment cap I've used. Good extension lead length. I used it while doing my son’s hair. Could move around him fine. Gets hot well, not super hot. I would recommend for every now and again home use

Seems like a good steam treatment cap. My scalp is quite sensitive and I only used it once so far. I used it on the lowest setting. For 40 minutes and found it was sufficient time for my hair to get a steam treatment. The cap gets very hot. Next time I’ll only use it for the recommended 20 minutes. When I took the cap off my hair felt soft. Not sure how good the cap is because you’d have to use it a few times to get the results you want. I was a bit worried because I have long hair but the cap did fit me. I would say it’s nice to use at home between going to the hair salon. The cord is a good length and instructions are clear and easy to follow.
