SIS doing the job
Strong stuff! It did give me a stitch, however, I think that is a me problem, rather than product problem. 100% good if on a long run. Caffeine can be a little strong, so make sure you're not using it on a heavy stomach. Apple taste is quite nice, a bit sour and punchy but nice and wakes you up mid exercise.

Great gels!
Great product. They taste nice. Good consistency. Excellent source of energy for running a marathon. Easy to stomach. Excellent value for money as cheaper than other sites.

The taste lets it down
Felt like an energiser bunny, just the kick I needed. The taste wasn’t unbearable but tart flavour.

Best gels
Used these for XC trail event which had over a 1000ft of climbing they seemed to help also they taste good not bad aftertaste and didn't cause any stomach issues.

Great product
The apple flavour is not for me but that’s purely a personal preference. The product is great and I survived a 200 mile cycle in a day without flagging using them alongside nutrition bars and bananas. Would recommend.

Very effective, foul tasting laxative
These need the caffeine content clearly labelled on the front of the packet. They're the quickest and most violently acting laxative I've ever had. 3 days later and my stomach is still sore, and needless to say my run was ruined. Also taste disgusting
