Works well Heavy duty material. Very thick. The velcro on it is a huge patch. Not small, easy to wear. Easy to clean. Wipe down after use size is great. It can fit up to a large person or a small person. Look at the dimensions in the size before ordering would recommend for anyone I use. Not as a waste reducer but as a back support say if I threw my back out or hurt my back. I put this around my ribs and back and it helps me but it also makes you sweat so it would be good for a waist reducer as well

I bought the small size for my 32 inch waist and it fits me fine. I like the large Velcro and how it is stitched on at the end of the belt. I had another brand where the Velcro was smaller and sewn on in a way where the belt tore at the point I had to grab to attach it each time I used it. After only a month! The part of this belt where the Velcro attaches too is starting to show a little wear though at only less than a month as well. My previous belt wore out at the same point after two months. After that, it was difficult for it to remain attached because of the frayed material. This brand has a better Velcro (hook portion). This should be expected, but I had another belt years ago that lasted several years, not months.

I wanted a taller neoprene belt for so long since my old one finnaly wore out but thier hard to find, I already have a firmer waist trainer type, back support belt but it rolls. This is great for back discomfort, warms the area, supports, molds, soft, doesn't fold, and tucks the waist in, comfortable, can't feel it under clothing. It helps my lower back a lot, it will make you waist and mid section prespire which is the reason many buy neoprene but doesn't get nasty wet. Will order a 2nd to use when one is being rinsed.

So many of these "Waist Trimmer" products are one size fits no-one or only come in sizes that are more standard. What about larger men? Well, I am a larger guy and this Bracoo Waist Trimmer Wrap fits me very well! It is also very well made and the velcro has shown no signs of separating from the wrap after daily use for a couple weeks now. When hiking or walking around I feel an above average amount of support for something so light and when you sweat in it, you will be grateful to know it is very easy to clean off and air dry for the next use. I am only sorry that I ordered only one of these. I actually ordered one from another brand at the same time to compare and keep the best one. The best one was this Bracoo Waist Trimmer. for the money I don't think you can beat it. I will certainly be looking at getting another one down the line.

Aderisce perfettamente all'addome anche se non propriamente longilineo. grazie al velcro presente su tutta la superficie della fascia può essere regolato a qualsiasi circonferenza e, nonostante allenamento intensivo, non cede minimamente. Dopo oltre 3 mesi di utilizzo pressoché quotidiano con altrettanti lavaggi, la fascia non ha perso minimamente la sua elasticità e la sua stabilità. Consente una sudorazione copiosa e uniforme. La fascia è un po' spessa e dopo un po' può risultare leggermente fastidiosa, ma ci si fa l'abitudine.

Man muss dazu sagen, diese Gürtel sind tatsächlich nützlicher als man denkt. Sie helfen bei ausreichender (richtiger) Nutzung als Beschleuniger was Bauchfett betrifft. Ich habe ihn 45 Minuten intensiv getestet (laufen). Am Ende war der Bauch sehr warm und am Gürtel viel Wasser und Schweiß. Wichtig ist aber: Der Gürtel sollte angenehm eng getragen werden ohne Luftspalten. So wird der Bauch sehr schnell warm und fängt an zu schwitzen. Er kann nicht abkühlen und so sammelt sich die Hitze gut verteilt auf der Bauchfläche. So wird das überschüssige Fettgewebe schnell abgebaut. Der Gürtel sollte unten getragen werden, nicht direkt unter der brust. Da das fett nach unten hängt und sich dort am Schwerpunkt sammelt. Für das Abnehmen (im Bauchbereich, Bauchfett) ist er ein nützliches Hilfsmittel. Er sollte allgemein bei jeder langfristigen Sportakivität getragen werden. Der Bauch kommt oft viel zu wenig ins schwitzen oder ist nicht mal warm. Mit dem Gürtel geht es viel schneller. Habe ihn seid 1 Monat nun und muss sagen, die kleine nervige "Wampe" ist deutlich zurück gegangen. Der Vorteil dabei ist, der Gürtel ist aus isolier Material. Bedeutet ob drinne oder draußen, die Temperatur bleibt unter dem Gürtel immer gleich und kann nicht entweichen. So bleibt der Bauch im Saunamodus. Wer also wie viele andere über Fettabsaugung usw. Nachdenkt, NEIN ! Der Gürtel ist die beste Alternative, die sparsamste und vorallem die (Natürliche) gesündeste Varriante. Klare Kaufempfehlung ! UPDATE 03.08.22 ! Was hat sich verändert ? Bei 62KG Startgewicht damals bin ich jetzt (zeitlang/immernoch) gehalten bei ca. 56KG. Mein damaliger sehr dicker Po ist ebenfalls sehr flach geworden. In der hohen Kurve deutlich abgeschwächt nach unten. Ich bin sehr glücklich. Mein Rückenspeck ist vollständig weg, ich bin hinten (unten) am Rücken nun geschmeidig flach geworden. Da der Gürtel hinten rum mehr Hitze erzeugt und daher mehr verbrennt. Damals trug ich M (Je nach Körper und Verteilung). Jetzt S-Sogar XS Hemden. Ohne Einschränkung in der Bewegung. Meine Kleidung kann ich angenehm tragen. Es geht einfach darum das der Gürtel neben dem Beschleunigen der Fettverbrennung auch die Körperform anpasst (wenn man ihn richtig trägt). Hüfte Erfolg, Rücken Erfolg, Po Erfolg, Bauch Erfolg. Der Gürtel ist und bleibt aufjedenfall ein nützliches Hilfsmittel !

Excellent product, I am 6.2" tall, so I bought the XL band. Compared to other products I have tried before, I find this one to be perfect as it covers a large portion from the hips to the chest, so the complete abdominal band, remains stable in position during training, as well as increasing perspiration, thus the temperature in those areas and helping to eliminate subcutaneous fat this band also helps with back support. This is important for me as I have suffered from back pain and am always concerned in training not to risk overloading and to have pain in that area. Recommended.

I början satt bältet väldigt bra men började kännas större då kardborreknäppningen började bli sämre! För mig mister det sin verkan eftersom jag gillar ett svettbälte som sitter åt!
