No parece que vaya a salir una nueva versión pronto, así que esta que llega hasta películas del 2021 es la más actual, el libro está excelente, con tapa dura y descripciones y pequeñas reseñas de las películas (ojo porque algunas que he leído de películas que ya ví tienen pequeños spoilers). Al inicio del libro trae la lista completa de películas para ir marcando las ya vistas.

Since receiving this marvellous book I’ve hardly put it down of an evening before I settle into movie time. Wow, what a comprehensive guide to so many wonderful films from over the years, and although there seems to be plenty of similar books out there, this is the one you want for sure. Highly recommend.

The system of which they choose the movies to be here may be up for a little debate but one cannot deny that the vast majority of movies that are included have had significant impact, whether on pop culture, in a political sense, or groundbreaking in their own way. Movies included range from 1900 to present in the latest edition at this time of this review. One of the best parts is a checklist that is part of the front matter. Here the owner can track the movies they’ve seen. I’ll be coming up with a colour coding system and have it on my coffee table, probably for the rest of my life as I try to work through the books recommendations.
