I purchased this for an 18 day trip to Australia and the South Pacific - it worked perfectly and ensured I could keep my phone, tablet, kindle, and back up power bank charged. The travel pouch made it easy to store in my backpack while traveling - it did not take up too much space due to its compact size. This was an excellent purchase!

I took this unit to Australia last year and it worked great everywhere I stayed. I used it to power my electric shaver and charge my phones/laptop. Not sure about other countries, but it seems to include adapters for everywhere.

This power converter is probably the best one compared to the ones that I own before. It is light and small in size. It’s not only easily to bring but also worked super well with my devices. I really like the USB and type C port on the side, It saves spot for my laptop and switch charge. If you are travelling with multiple devices, I highly recommend this product!

Used this on a recent trip to Scotland. Basically, worked as advertised; was used to charge a couple of iPhones and a Apple laptop. Did seem to have an issue with one of the two AC outlets - one worked as expected but the other didn't but it could have been a charger issue and not related to this unit. Using the Apple charger for the iPhone (the small cube) - worked fine but when tried to use the charger for the laptop, the charge indicator on the laptop would repeatedly cycle on / off / on / off / etc. Didn't try to debug issue but "solved" it by using one of the USB / Lightening low voltage outputs. Those worked without a problem.

I bought this for my much anticipated trip to Bali. I just arrived tonight, after many many hours of travel, plugged it in, and it immediately sparked and blew the fuses in the AirBNB where I am staying. I saw sparks fly out of this device when I plugged it in. Now I'm unable to charge any of my devices and it's the middle of the night, and the first nght of my three-week long vacation trip to Bali. It's a crummy way to start my vacation. Not sure what to do now. I thought I had the voltage issue taken care of when I bought this device. It completely failed and has caused me stress this very first time I tried to use it. Completely worthless, useless, a waste of money, and worse, a bad way to start a vacation. Since I'm in Bali, I have no idea if and how I could return this to Amazon for a refund. Very frustrating.

Enjoyed having the converter for our trip to Europe and nearby nations. Worked very well.

This converter was perfect for international travel. It was small and compact, but at the same time better that just a set of outlet converters. Really liked the ability to choose the wall connection and then be able to just use US standard plugs like it was a surge protector for my devices. Having this is you travel internationally will make you life a whole lot easier.

This is a great portable power adapter to US power.
